Nick arrived within the time period suggested and, importantly, this was outside of normal work hours. Nick evaluated the situation, and gave an estimate of the cost (including him needing to drive to a specialist retailer for a part) which, in my opinion, was more than reasonable. Nick worked to resolve the problem, and finished well after normal work hours, which saved me from considerable inconvenience. Apart from being an excellent mechanic, you'll not find a more trustworthy and decent bloke, who will go above and beyond, to assist. I'll now be using N & J Automotive for all scheduled service for my three cars, including a new Lexus RX450h+. His pricing is more than reasonable. Highly recommended."
